No he clearly stated jiraya and spoke about how he couldn't fully master it. Yeah i know what that silhouette show. I just don't see no reason why them frogs couldn't admit that Minato was learning it.
btw..Who are the other 2 names on the scroll next to Minato?

He said Naruto surpassed his predecessors. Why would he say Minato when it was hinted he had SM.

Nope. Dude he said Jiraiya. Even thrown flashback in it. Never once hinted minato. In fact, despite we all been knew that Minato is Naruto's father, the manga didn't confirm it until Naruto went wild against nagato.

Ya during the training only Jiraiya was mentioned I think. Minato's SM just have a flaw which sucks since its perfect SM.
