im not understanding how creation rebirth is superior to the strength of 100 technique. such a notion is nonsense since the strength of 100 is an extension of creation rebirth and unlike its parent jutsu, heals automatically as opposed to having to use hand seals to activate.

strength of 100 keeps healing until its deactivated or the user runs out of chakra.
