That's not true i think Wii U is kind of underrated in someways and overrated in others but it's a decent console with some good exclusives but i wouldn't pay $300 for it because it only comes with 32 GB and limited software compared to ps3,ps4,xbox 360, Xbox 1,& steam consoles.

Just peeped this a while ago myself. Ryu will definitely be played due to nostalgia, I wonder how fast he'll be. I like Roy but he's another Marth :/. I doubt they'll be much different, if at all.

I was hoping Knuckles would be put in the game.

Na uh. Roy played differently than Marth in Melee. I'm sure they'll be pulling most of his attacks from melee, with a few adjustments. o.o But I agree, I've been hoping for Knuckles since Sonic was announced in Brawl lol Sonic has no other characters from his game.

With future downloadable content. I'm sure knuckles will make it to the game. Probably shadow and tails too. There will be PLENTY more to come. Here is hoping for Sora from the Kingdom Hearts series.

Roy is back!! I don't know why they even took him out in the first place after Melee. He's the perfect mix of Marth and Ike, super balanced character.

Ryu on the other hand is meh, even for a street fighter character. So whatever..

Poor Sonic shall stay alone for now Lol while Fire Emblem now has 4. Yeah? I guess I didn't play Roy or Marth that much in the Melee days compared to playing Lucina and Marth now. Roy will probably be slightly different on Wii U, just as Mewtwo has his differences from his Melee version.

Let's hope so! Sora would be a good addition but I'll probably be satisfied with most if not all DLC characters that get added on. I also like their adding new stages, I think they're puttin Kirby's old Dreamland stage too.

Just the basic Luffy/Naruto. No Gears, Sage, Haki and Kyuubi. These stuff are too much for SSB. As for Goku, maybe the boy type. Not the grown up one.
