i'd say adult sasuke. sasuke also has the sharingan. during the 5 kage summit arc sasuke reacted fast enough to block a quick draw attack from mifune, probably with the help of the sharingan and raiton charged sword, but still. and mifune's quick draw (aka insta-draw) is supposedly very fast. on top of that sasuke can charge raiton into his sword increasing it's piercing power. adult sasuke would have obviously improved since the 5 kage summit arc, in speed, power etc. so it goes to sasuke

And he explained some of why Sasuke is the best swordsmen.

Sasuke is skilled with a physical sword and has multiple nature element sword techniques, Chidori Sword, Enton Sword, Susano'o Sword, and he can add in Lightning to his physical Sword, and Enton.

On top of that he can teleport his sword.

Feats include

-Easily owning the Samurai who specialize in Swordsmenship

-Reproducing the Samurai's Sword Chakra Slash

-Countering Mifune's attack in an instant, even added Lightning to his sword, all this while being upside down on the ceiling

-Cutting off Danzo's Arm

-Teleporting his sword through the strongest Shinobi with absolute ease

No other character has shown more variation in Swordsmenship than Sasuke.

It's funny, this typical circle-jerk anti-Sasuke bands with zero arguments in regards to speed and Kenjutsu, because a badly injured Sasuke moved SIX times in that small window and Bee has yet to move from point A to B in mid air. If that is not insanely fast then most of you should just log off.

Mifune has the fastest quick draw in the entire manga: he couldn't surprise Sasuke.

The list goes like this:

- Sasuke.
- Bee.
- Mifune and Mangetsu.
- Suigetsu.

Kisame and others are irrelevant. What are Kisame's feats anyway?
