i'd say adult sasuke. sasuke has the sharingan. during the 5 kage summit arc sasuke reacted fast enough to block a quick draw attack from mifune, probably with the help of the sharingan and raiton charged sword, but still. and mifune's quick draw (aka insta-draw) is supposedly very fast. on top of that sasuke can charge raiton into his sword increasing it's piercing power. adult sasuke would have obviously improved a lot since the 5 kage summit arc, in speed, power, experience etc. so it goes to sasuke

Based off logic: Mifune (the samurai above all, it only makes sense)
Based off of hype: Mangetsu(he could use all seven swords of the mist)
Based off of feats: Killer bee(can use 7 swords(8 if you count samehada) and completely out classed Sasuke and Suigetsu, even using Suigetsu's sword against him)
Based off of strength: Sasuke(It's a good thing for him Madara or Kaguya don't use swords in their strongest forms.)

We never saw Hashirama,and Itachi use a Sword, and Madara used a Sword for like 1 panel when he was first revived.

If some body lost his sword many times, he is no swordmaster, doesnt matter if he is semi god or not, sword is not his main power source nor is superior at skill to compare to other swordmaster.

Sasuke was shown to he superior to the swordsmen in the Kage Summit arc.

Mifune Maybe?

-Owned Multiple Samurai with his sword
-Cut Danzo's arm off
-Put his sword through the strongest Shinobi in history's chest
-Has multiple sword techniques which don't require a physical sword (Chidori Sword, Enton Sword, Susano'o Sword) No one else has shown such variation in swordsmenship.
-Also Mifune praised Sasuke on his sword skill in the Kage Summit.
