Sasuke can counter almost everything Darui has.

A CQC battle will not favor Darui at all. They are roughly similar in terms of speed, with Sasuke having the better shunshin feats combined with Sharingan precog; realistically he should have the upper hand in a sword clash. Sasuke can easily read his moves and catch him off guard with advanced shape manipulation

A ninjutsu battle will be less one-sided, but Sasuke can still counter everything. Sasuke was literally unharmed by Darui's suiton/raiton combo it won't be doing anything here, especially to a Sasuke who is much more durable in CS2 and can use oral rebirth

Ranton won't be much trouble either; Sasuke can either block it with his wings or simply take evasive maneuvers in the air (which I would highly recommend given the accuracy of the technique, and the fact that it can be guided). Black lightning doesn't seem to be faster or more potent then regular lighting so it's simply a non factor here.

This is a good analysis. Add in the factor of Manda which Darui has no counters for, he'd get overwhelmed by Sasuke's sheer versatility.

Didn't you guys read the conditions? This is apparently early Taka Sasuke, not Hebi Sasuke, so that second paragraph of yours is completely moot, Legendary Toad Sage.

Sasuke still wins, though. All he needs to do is turn the battle into CQC where he would destroy Darui with his superior speed and precognition that allowed him to dodge V1 Bee and V1 Ay, or just one-shot him with his 3T or MS Genjutsu, since only Amaterasu is restricted.
