In my opinion this theory is the only plausible theory as to how Sakura could still be Sarada's biological mother.

Many people are saying things about a miscarriage, I will get to that in a second.

But what if Sakura is just incapable of carrying a baby, due to something like Sasuke choking her at the summit arc and that somehow fuc*ed her up or that when she gave chakra to Obito and fainted that's when she developed this "fainting problem" Shizune spoke of to Sarada. Ergo, what if they just decided for some reason Karin was a more suitable body to hold their baby. And then when Sarada was born, Karin kept the umbilical cord. Both translations has Suigetsu state: "I BELIEVE this is from Karin's birth" why would Karin, a 30+ year old woman, still have her umbilical cord from birth? It is more likely she delivered Sarada and kept the umbilical cord, and Sarada tested her own DNA.

Or there is the theory she was having a miscarriage of some sort, and Sasuke may have known that the only way they could save the baby is to get help from Orochimaru and Sarada was basically taken out of Sakura put in a tube and grown, and Karin kept the umbilical cord then.

I will admit I am a salty SS fan, that does want Sakura to be the mother, but I am willing to accept Karin is the mother and that it is a manga fact. I don't think kishi is doing his usual bs this time. Since this manga is so fast I'm assuming this may actually be no troll. But these are the only plausible explanations that can save SSers

Choking someone doesn't really affect their ability to have a baby, Besides she has the most powerful Medical Ninjutsu on her side, Any damage done to her insides should and would be healed.

Also i thinking keeping the umbilical cord is some sort of Japanese tradition and i highly doubt sakura would accept help form Orochimaru of all people.

I doubt it is a miscarrage. And there is literally zero chance that that choking back then could cause one years down the road. Sakura may have had complications though.

Karin having her own umbilical cord in her desk is rather weird, but not impossible. I think Karin helped with Sarada's birth, but on the off chance that is Karin's DNA I made a prediction already
