This begs the question what will happen if she has an MS ?

Uzumaki DNA doesn't provide Rinnegan. Neither Senju DNA.

You need Ashura and Indra chakra together to awaken Rinnegan. And only reincarnates DNA's can provide that.

Because it makes so much sense! Sarada being Karin's daughter makes no sense! No one knows who Karin is!! She is just a side character made to confuse the main characters!

He literally explained, in fact entirely talked about it in the very same chapter. The terms in which he thought Naruto was superior was exactly the terms in which he accepted defeat against Naruto i.e. Naruto's ideals, which he thought resembled Itachi in the sense that Sasuke always looked up to it.
