Why does Naruto have to be the one to help Salada?

It's not bad writing, Naruto has been this type of character since the beginning of the manga. He gets involved with other people's business because that's who he is, he wants to help everyone as much as he can. If you don't like it then that's your own personal problem.

Your also completely wrong in the regard of Naruto trying to help Sarada. Naruto saved Sarada's life when she was tailing him and when she asked him about her parents, Naruto gave her some of the answers she was looking for. In that short time span, Sarada saw Naruto more as a father figure than her own dad because Naruto did what a father is supposed to do when their off spring are troubled, comfort them.

Obviously Sasuke cares for his daughter, but Kishi has already made it abundantly clear that Sasuke isn't the fan fic type of dad some of his fans think he is/will become. He doesn't openly show his affection like Naruto does, that just isn't in his nature.

You say why can't it be anyone else but Naruto? Who else could it be? The only person that could possibly do it is Naruto because of his relationship to Sasuke. Naruto out of everyone knows Sasuke best so if Sarada is wondering what type of person her father was, then its only logical to pick him.

Naruto didn't actively put himself in Sasuke's family's business, circumstances just happened to put him in it.

Naruto is a social butterfly. He is a people person. Naruto is good with words and encouragement.

Edit: For you to expect anything else from a character like Naruto in the first place is a joke in itself. People have already explained to you that it is Naruto's nature to help people and that he can be very stubborn in doing so. You are obviously beyond reason.
