Most people know Sakura for her mighty fists, which would prove irrelevant against Konan's feats. But Sakura is capable of so much more, from her summonings, to her healing techniques and intelligence. Her intellect surpassed shikumaru's for a short second in shippuden, when she figured out tobi's abilities almost instantly and the intricate workings behind them. Her regeneration skills are assumably on par with Tsunade's in gaiden, and a lot more. (sorry for how poorly this is set, i'm not all too focused... )

Konan would run out of gas loooooong before Sakura, and as we know when Konan gets tired she can't maintain her paper body. Sakura smashes after that.

In the meantime, Konan's attacks are tanked and then dodged once Sakura figures her out. Once Katsuyu is summoned Konan won't be able to attack and would be forced on the constant defensive.

Fun fact: The further Konan goes, the less effective her attacks will be because Sakura would have more time to dodge. It doesn't matter if she can't touch her since her Paper body doesn't last forever nor will it outlast Sakura's reserves. Oh, and there is no intel, so the chances of Konan trying to simply remove Katsuyu and getting oneshotted with acid is higher than you think.

Sakura wins, get over it. Konan only wins with Paper Ocean and/or Katsuyu being restriced (maybe on this one.)
