I think this would be a challenge for Gaara and Lee because they specialize in close range combat, as where Deidara uses long range maneuvers. If they can't figure something out, they'll soon be dead.

When you say Tobi, do you mean the goofball Tobi who doesn't actually fight but trolls?

Even so, the Akatsuki win this comfortably. After seeing he's outmatched by the Konoha duo in CQC he'd take flight like he did against Sasuke and then he can have Tobi lay out the mines. While Neji can see them, Lee can't and they have no ways to neutralise the bombs in the way Sasuke did. After that, they just get nuked to put it bluntly.

Kamui is the reason he's wanked.

Simply because it's all he needs. He can also use it with other jutsu (Fire+Kamui to use Bafuku Ranbu). That Flame Barrier is in his arsenal as well. Though it still seems his arsenal is limited, Kamui is the reason he's "wanked".
