[Question] Is Law a let down?

law physical combat is shown through his swordsmanship he was able to deflect overheat (something luffy has to dodge cuz it will cut him in 2 pieces) and doffy strings as well as clash evenly with pts smoker (the latter who causually traded blows with vergo who traded blows with sanji)

law also has been shown to be quite a tank from all the damage he recieved at punk hazard and also in dressrosa yet hes still standing


law also fought (yes off panel) against fujitoria and doffy and before u say fuji prob didnt do anything thats false cuz he would not have followed law and doffy and when they did finally catch him fuji used his gravity against law who was able to overcome the gravity and use shambles to get himself out of it



laws best strength is his brain, reaction speed and quick thinking
everything he does is pure instinct while able to use entire terrian as his playground (another exp of this in another charactrer in a different manga is shikimaru against hidan or the sound village girl) something a lot of characters dnt have in OP (at least the straw hats bar sanji and robin luffy and zoro just try to overpower thier way out of things) there r very few characters who can outsmart him (going by hype for these characters cuz by feats none of them do)

laws abilities also consist of counter shock and gamma knife and the latter i dnt see any supernova or anyone in laws league tanking that and still able to fight him


laws abilities also allow him to teleport and incapacitate his foes by cutting them into pieces

and is able to create huge rooms and invisible ones


law is a stunning character one of oda's best and my favorite (i dnt think ur looking at his feats the right way)

law also has enough haki and physical power to cut through vergo as well (with his fruit but we seen before he wasnt able to do so wit just his fruit so he had to get stronger)

the guy also has a ton of endurance and for someone who loses stamina each room he creates i totally lost count for how many rooms he has created so hes a stamina beast as well..

He's not this jacked up head strong brawler, he's a very cerebral and calculated tactician and I think that suites him just fine. As for him not having mastered his df usage, that's probably a good thing for the plot. Laws fruit is easily the most hax we've seen. If he mastered his power to the same degree as...let's say Doflamingo, this arc would have been over many moons ago.

I am pretty sure the wound inflected by Mihawk on Zoro was worse than getting an arm chopped off but whatever. Law may or may not have better feats than Zoro as it's a matter of opinion but they're comparable and this is pre TS Zoro we're talking about. Zoro's physical traits are well above that of Law so Zoro should be more of a tank than Law no matter how badly you look at it.Current Zoro is just below people like Doflamingo IMO or even comparable.

Inface, the Ope Ope no mi is a fruit which you have to spend years mastering (being a doctor and all that) and it does jack shit in combat. Doffy easily savaged Law with his ito io and the room consumes so much more energy than a punch from Gura Gura or a thunder attack from Goro Goro. Law doesnt hv any 1hit ko's and is likely not to have any.

Correct me if im mistaken) and that the Ope Ope no mi consumes too much energy and doesn't repay it back with adequate powers, i think Law and the Ope Ope no mi is a big let down.

oH, BUTS IT CALLED THE ULTIMATE DF **** tht. It cant do jack shit apart from granting immortality (not invincibility) and thts the ONLY reason its called tht. ****ing hell. Even Jewelry Bonney DF has much more offense thn Ope Ope no mi. In New World the Gamma Knife will be ineffective on

1) Logia: Can simply reform their organs as no Haki
2)Yonko or any other top tier

First of all that's grammatically incorrect for the intended message. Law having a lack of physical weakness means he is physically strong. This is demonstrated by his still being alive after being crushed by Fujitora's gravity that can pull down meteors and being beaten by DD and shot with sea stone bullets that drain power. Plus he was strong enough to cut through full body level haki with just his strength and his DF(no haki used to cut Vergo)

He healed Luffy after MF, it's clear Oda sacrificed Law this chapter.

Not many characters in OP have a real 1 hit KO, but if you're not quicker than Law he's one of them. Law can just take your hands and head off in Room unless, like DD, you're quicker than he is.

1. A misconception you're making is that the Ope Ope no Mi is specifically designed for medical purposes. That's not true. The Ope Ope no Mi is described as a modification fruit, not a medical or healing fruit. Like Corazon said, it's not magic that will instantly heal you, it's simply a fruit that allows you to modify whatever is in the circle, and it just so happens that doctors can use this fruit the best because of their knowledge. It was never meant to heal you, just aid in already existing medical expertise. I don't know what part of being able to cut things or teleport things or produce lightning-like energy made you think the fruit allowed you heal damage.

2. Gamma Knife would affect anyone who doesn't have the ability to heal as long as Law is strong enough. The fact that it worked on Doflamingo shows that Law doesn't even need to be near your level of strength for Gamma Knife to kill you. If Zoro can imbue his flying slash with Haki, there's no reason to assume Law can't imbue Gamma Knife with it as well. Law said it himself, it doesn't matter who you are, if your organs are destroyed, then you're ****ed. Also, Takt, Counter Shock, Mes and the extended Mes are also combat abilities.

3. Doesn't deserve to be a Supernova? You do realize that Law and Luffy are even in capabilities right? Whatever one can do, the other can do it as well. The only difference is that Law can do with fewer actions due to the nature of his power being hax, while the nature of Luffy's causes him to do it in extended actions because the nature of his power is brute strength. Whatever Luffy can do by throwing his fists a bunch of times, Law can do something equivalent by swinging his sword.
