Femme will be something like; Yeah so SO6P SAKURA is the mom and she's also got sage mode and juubi inside her.
so Sakura has to be the mom bcuz she's very good at Ying & Yang jutsus, including Creation of All Things and that's how she created a Karin/Sasuke child only to make sure that Uchiha and Uzumaki clans wouldn't go extinct <-- srsly her logic

When Suigetsu asked if Naruto knew about it, Naruto started to say "There's no way I could've known" but he stopped himself when he realized what that meant. He didn't see Sakura pregnant.

If Naruto saw Sakura pregnant, there would be no question about it and Naruto could easily deny the test. But he didn't. :lol
