Forgetting Kishi announcing Sarada being Sakura's daughter and Sasusaku being decided at the beginning of part one, lets look at the manga from a literature point of view.
1. Sarada is immediately shown to question ninja and identity, and her father's absence. Kishi would definitely use the Karin opportunity to throw more questions surrounding her identity. This point further provides Sarada with more motivation to look outside the village in search of answers.
2. Judging from Kishi's writing style, while Karin may have some involovement, it is almost definitely not going to be the simple answer of sasuke cheated and Karin is the biological mother - if Karins involved it will be more complicated, exact details currently up for speculation.
3. Sasuke himself. Throughout the entire series, while there are hints dropped at the beginning that he has an extra, special care for Sakura (ie love, and please don't respond to this with posts of him trying to kill when he went psycho) he shows absolutely no sexual interest in any character, and brushes off Karin's approach each time, even telling her to back off. And out of all the characters, I think Sasuke's is the least likely to cheat. I think if she is Karin's daughter, then Karin is solely responsible for that, against Sasuke's will or knowledge because timeline doesn't give time for them to develop a relationship (though timeline can sometimes be inconsistent)
4. Shizune and the medical staff knew something about Sarada's birth (not necessarily parents, so she is probably Sakura's daughter with this), and were covering it up.
5. Naruto had no idea about Karin so maybe it never happened. Sasuke never really tried to hide stuff about himself because he doesn't really care what other people think of him.
6. Sakura looks pregnant in one of the panels standing next to Sasuke. Sakura calls Sarada daughter and Sasuke husband.
7. This chapter has sparked questions and discussions over children ie to be loved or too simply continue humanity etc. and Sarada thinking Karin's her mother and now not wanting to save Sakura emphasises family relation over love of family and these questions.
For Karin being mother its a lot weaker than Sakura. Kishi doesn't make stuff so obvious, e.g. no one had a clue about Kaguya or Itachi. More likely she has some experiment based connection (up for speculation) and Narutoverse has very interesting if slightly sci fi views on genetics.
