OP:Since you said BOTH, I wouldn't say faster than light speed for sure, lightning speed is 4th Raikage's speed, and Naruto overcame that with quick reflexes, in only KCM and sasuke reacted to it as well but in terms of reaction. With amenojikara and Naruto at maximum blitzing speed I'd have to put it at faster than lightning, the reason it's not light speed is because if any ninja could move at the speed of light they would be able to circle the earth in a lot less time than it took Naruto and sasuke the sane distance to get to the VOTE. Relativistic would be the flash's speed when he's going at near maximum capacity and NOONE in Naruto verse is faster than flash at that level so you can cross that out, the only one who even comes the closest as NV is ever going to get is Gate of death gai.

Guys like RSM Naruto and Eight Gates Gai are Massively Hypersonic. While guys with Space Time Ninjutsu such as Minato, Tobirama and Sasuke are instantaneous.
