What a resillent body

Sad truth is without bijuu chakra making his body stronger, Naruto is pretty much ordinary. He didn't showed any Uzumaki traits either.

Kushina survived child birth, Kyuubi extraction, Kyuubi claw and still had enough time to give his son a goodbye speech along with her remaining chakra. Lets not forget about her using chakra chains to form a barrier to hold Kyuubi.

When Madara took Kyuubi from Naruto, he practically died almost instantly. Sakura made his heart work manually with her hand.

Uhhh what? He didn't die instantly. He survived a 1km+ flight and then the ensuing fight before finally getting kurama half back.

Plus his stamina is second to none. That's a huge body feat in his favor.
