What if Limbo is Madara's MS ability?

We never did learn what Madara's MS abilities were. However Madara did display use of Limbo, when he got his rinnegan back. Recall that Madara's rinnegan was also Nagato's rinnegan and Nagato didn't have Limbo.


We saw that Madara could use rinnegan and sharingan jutsu at the same time when he was fighting the Gokage and briefly when he was fighting the kage bushin Naruto. Susanno with dual rinnegan, genjutsu with rinnegan/EMS activated, and casting 25 susanno at the same time with his rinnegan active.

What do you think? Limbo yay or nay as Madara's MS ability?

I don't think so. We have evidence that it is a rinnegan tech, seeing as how Sasuke could only see them once he acquired his. They used to be invisible to his ems.

Nay. Limbo is purely a rinnegan technique for all of the reasons stated above. You and another certain user don't seem to believe that rinnegan eyes have unique jutsus that only the original owner of the eyes can use. Well just look at Sasuke's amenotejikara. Did Sasuke have that jutsu before awakening rinnegan? No! Does Madara have access to that ability? No! It is unique to Sasuke.

The same goes for limbo.

Does the 4th Databook give any details about what Madara's MS ability might be?

Itachi has Tsukiyomi and Amaterasu
Shishui has Kotoamatsuikami
Obito has Kaumi
Sasuke Amaterasu and Enton

Madara is the only guy left out.

Similar to how different MS has different eye techs, I'd imagine the rinnegan is the same concept. Madara's rinnegan ability is limbo as Sasuke is the swap technique. Every rinnegan has a given of all 5 chakra natures and 6 path techniques. But there are unique techniques granted between users. So far we have only seen 2 rinnegans awaken so we have only gotten 2 unique techniques. Btw is the name for Sasuke's swap technique fanmade?

]. And btw, the burden of proof is up to the one claiming something. So if you claim it to be a MS technique, then you have to prove it. And also, Madara was able to use Susanoo even without eyes, so his Edo feats with Susanoo aren't an argument.

I think nay. Limbo could be an exclusive Rinnegan ability for Madara just like Sasuke's Ameno. The proof of it being a Rinnegan ability is that it can be seen by the Rinnegan. An MS ability wouldn't be boasting that feat.
