What body is inside the white zetsu looking person in naruto episode 414

I noticed while catching up on naruto, that episode 414, the person controlling the big wooden statue with seven arms isn't zetzu, or atleast that's what I suspect. When orochimaru bit him on the shoulder, it showed that his maked was broken on the left ear from a water bullet shot at his head and you could see a human ear. Could he have been a human assistant, could he be the person with several sharingan in the new naruto gaiden manga, please help me!
