Naruto did not concentrate all of Kurama's chakra into this punch:

1. Naruto split with Kurama who went to go fight a Giant statue that looked like Hamura.

2. It was not stated that he focused all the chakra into one arm more like he cloaked his arms for defensive and offensive purposes knowing he didn't need to cloak his whole body. He cloaked whatever part he was using. Again it didn't say he focused all of the chakra.

If Naruto would have focused all of his chakra into one hand then punched Toneri the whole Galaxy they were in would have collapsed and the movie would have been distorted.

I don't consider anything in that movie to be canon, whatever anyone might say.

Not until Hamura's chakra in Hinata, the Tenseigan, or Toneri are mentioned even once in the manga.
