Promoting bullying online

How do you guys feel about it? Have you ever tried to stop it?I don't like it. I just reported someone who was trying to make people in a certain anime character fan group attack someone who was talking bad about their favorite anime character. I tried to talk to the person and told them that they were promoting bullying but the person got mad, tried to justify her bullying by saying the other people started bullying first and cursed me. I'm not going to say the character or fan base because that can become problematic than nb would ban me if you know what I mean.

He rustled those hardcore people. I was still okay but attacked because I wasn't going for people linking people's facebooks over that and wanting to kill someone.

Cyberbullying imo is only serious when it gets personal and/or involves stuff like doxxing. Banter is part of the internet.

Edit: didn't read the whole thread before posting. Seems that the person actually did go out to doxx a person. Yeah, not cool.

The only reason I was tripping about it was because the poster was giving the guy's facebook out and people were screen capping their messages saying they wanted him died but told me it was none of my business when I tagged the admins on the post.

Something similar happened to me once. I didn't rustle a fanbase, but someone got pissed at me and gave out my fb and random people started to msg me...And once it was me who took revenge on someone and gave out the person's contact info...But I regret it and it was not the right thing to do. Vengeance is never good u.u I hope that person can forgive me one day

I do not think people should be mean online. We all can get along.

If someone says something negative to me, I ignore it, report it, or respond with a thank you and positivity.
