Nome of the reasons you have mentioned are enough for a part three. The reason for a part three from my point of view is simple.

This bald fodder is not the threat Sasuke warned everybody about. If this gaiden is less than 20 chapters or 15. Then we will not see this threat in gaiden. That leaves the movie. But the movie is about boruto. Boruto cannot face a kage level ninja let alone kaguya class. So the movie is out of the question. Which only leaves part 3. But if kaguya's nemesis shows up in gaiden, no part 3.
