Why was Sakura just chilling in the hideout?

I didnt understand the ending of this chapter, so Sakura tries to break this dudes back, then gets teleported back to his hideout and just sits there watching him do surgery on himself? Am I missing something? Why is she chatting with him?

Irrelevant. However, understandable. She entered enemy territory. She could die at any moment. Best to cater to the enemy while gathering information, than going crazy and getting yourself killed.
