Instead of Sasuke taking the hit why doesn't he use Susano'o to block those attacks or Shinra Tensei to deflect them better yet why doesn't he just use Amenotejikara to teleport Sarada out of there as you can see here.

He could just end it quickly and use Amaterasu to burn the guy alive.

Now lets move onto Naruto.

Naruto could react to Sasuke's instant teleportation and effectively block it.

Sasuke hasn't fought in that 15 year span any more than Naruto, in fact, as The Last is cannon, he's fought less than Naruto.

He's not off fighting a war, he's off doing research and investigating. His skirmish with Shin was likely his first fight in a decade.

Sasuke was never said to be rusty. Sasuke's job is more moving around which means he can train and has the time for it while Naruto is too busy being Hokage.

Madara also had hundreds of thousands more hours of combat experience. His skills would not degrade as quickly as someone who went from chuunin level to god level in only 3 years.
