Sasuke's Rennegan Tomoes and Naruto's TSB?

I thought I read somewhere that according to the Technique he uses the Tomoes on his rennegan disappear and reappear like a timer for when he can use certain techniques. It would be similare to Deva Path's 5 second recharge for the Almighty Push. So I was just wondering is that the case or did he just lose them?If that is the case then did Naruto and Sasuke lose the Six Paths Chakra? I asked because I noticed that Naruto also didn't use the TSB, although his eyes suggest he was in Six Path's Sage Mode? Maybe I'm just thinking too much into it, but I'd love to hear what you guys think. All feedback is appreciated.

You know i think initially Kishimoto wanted to draw in the tomoe's but decided not too at the last second. If you look closely to the panels where you see Sasuke's Rinnegan it looks there was some "corrections" to the drawing where he had them drawn in and them erased them. I think in the long run its easier for Kishimoto to just draw the lines instead of everything like he did before.

Long run meant for the long run including the series he will start with Boruto. Its too early to say whether or not Sasuke will be involved in the new series. But if he is this is Kishimoto planning ahead probably to make the artwork less difficult

I was under the impression that there was going to be a new Boruto series including the movie. Then later on the line kishi decided to write this gaiden to start filling in the gaps. The Boruto series is supposed to be about Naruto never being around and Hinata thinking of leaving him and not being a good father? I might be wrong and that could be the plot for the movie but i do know that is the general story that kishi is going to do with Boruto

Same here i was under the impression that it was all over after the movie...
