What do you think of Sakura's current power-level?

She has definitely grown in speed, although quite honestly she was never really lacking.

More then likely above Tsunade at this point.

Genjutsu Resistant + Byakugou chakra Flow.
Breaks Through susanoo, if he can manage one.
His weapon manipulation is Fodder and useless again a regneration user.

Sakura can't resist MS genjutsu so don't know where you are going with that. She never broke through Susanoo of any descripton. Tsunade only broke the Susanoo ribcage and that was after it was already hit hard and cracked by Raikage and Tsuchikage. If Sakura has managed to match Tsunade's strength than that's what she is capable of currently. But I agree if the MS user only has his weapon manipulation than against Sakura he can't win. He probably has other powers we are yet to see so too early to judge.

She'll never be on "par" with them at full strength since these two have the capability of nuking entire cities, but she can definitely hold her own against any adversary that comes her way now.

My question is why sakura isn't fighting back after getting taken. She is not being restricted nor her chakra being suppressed yet she is just standing there over someone who attempted to kill Sasuke and her "Daughter".

It's not like the weapons he uses are going to exactly kill a Byakugou user in the first place, Sakura should easily be able to take mini shins, She can't have gotten that weak XD

the naruto series doesn't have any real power levels; it is match up based, ultimately falling into order by jutsu priority, bijuu & dojutsu

War arc sakura could've done that with CES if she landed a clean hit.

Almost anyone without protection would get K.O'ed from taking a direct hit from a CES user, So someone actually taking a hit and gettined K.O'ed shouldn't be a surprise to anyone really.

The only surprise it that he bloody survived
