Chakra is not supposed to stop blades from piercing... 4 tails naruto had kurama's body... kurama avatar is hardened form ov chakra like susano thus it can stop blades but KCM or humanoid BM is just chakra oozing out... thus it fluctuates around body.. it can be pierced with normal weapons...
edit: lol at people saying sword was teleported into naruto..! lel if that was the case then why didn't baldy teleport his own weapons into naruto and sasuke in the first place? naruto said he can control weapons freely i.e he can move weapons without touching, not that he can teleport them into people... sword slipped out ov sasuke's hand and pierced naruto, it's obvious... sasuke was inside avatar hence there was no way for naruto to block sword, he might have dodged it if he wasn't rusty but that's a speculation... kurama saying that naruto got rusty, further proves that it was piercing not teleportation coz there is no way to avoid a sword that can teleport into you...

Nah, there ain't no excuses this time. At blade went clean through his stomach. Hence why I used to say a thrusted slash to the neck would kill KCM Naruto, and people said no "he has Raikage level durability" gtfo!

I think that Naruto in this form is like JJ Madara only weaker. JJ Madi was resistant to most ninjutsu so is Naruto in KSM but same as JJ Madi can be hit by simple taijustu. We all remember how Guy kick the lower back bottom of JJ Madi.... After all Naruto also have the chakra of all tailed beast in him, only it's small amount.
