Naruto looks to be under BM Minato level and Sasuke is around Itachi level.

If Itachi and Minato were in this situation, they would of both negged Shin Sr. without help from Sakura. They could probably do it individually whereas Naruto and Sasuke failed as a tag team.

This just shows how OP the sage's boosts were.
