Hopefully not. A bulldog zoan would be a letdown. I want him to be a griffin or at least a badass looking zoan. A bulldog would work more if he was known to be a wise yonko, but what we know about him is that he is a beast and a bulldog is not a beast.

i agree, tho i thought it was worth considering, some ppl do consider bulldogs to be viscous, everyone seem to think lion or something so a dog could be a letdown but also a twist, maybe its his crew member or something

A simple bulldog zoan would be very underwhelming and lame in Kaidou's hands. I think Kaidou is a dragon zoan. The Seiryu(blue dragon) type.

We are talking about the same manga where the hero's primary power is a rubber body, if Oda can do so much with Luffy being made of Rubber than it isn't a stretch for a big time villain to be a bull dog and do a bunch of powerful things with it.

Just look at Big Mom, she is like some evil version of a fairy tale character, as do her subordinates.

Not saying for sure either way, just saying it isn't impossible for that to be Kaidou.

This was a request from a OP fan, a request to draw Shanks with a dog. Oda made hundreds of these kinds of drawings based on requests of fans and none of them have anything to do with the plot. They picture exactly what the fan requested, in this case Shanks and a dog. There is absolutely nothing that indicates that this has anything to do with Kaidou nor is there even remotely any reason to consider it.

I somehow doubt oda would reveal one of the few "mystery appearances" in a fan request cover page...but then bleach...so anything is possible really...
