Nope, only mentioned though Naruto and Sasuke did initially plan on giving oro a visit after meeting. Kishi too said oro, kabuto might appear in this manga so y'know possibly he will *appear in the upcoming chapters.

I agree. I think Orochimaru is working with Shin from behind the shadows. I mean all the Sharingan in his body...Orochimaru was the one to help Danzo do this and now Shin and the clones.....It has Orochimaru's experiments written all over it.

He may not be in charge per say but I think his hand is definitely in the cookie jar.
