There were; a lot of metaphors; parts where he flip Shmurda's lyrics and dissed him; descent lyrics; personality.
Wayne usually gon have some lyrics that's not what I'm worried about..
All of those were there plus his voice goes well with the beat. Overall I think he did the beat more justice than Shmurda did.
Im talkin bout the tape in general his voice was all Young Thuggish and f*cked up..I'd rather hear Wayne do remixes w/ his prime style...
Well most of these mainstream rappers need to keep up with latest trends, regardless of how bad it looks on them.
But I do agree, he should keep to his own style.
That's the thing...the fans keep thinking this and the artists follow suit and end up f*ckin up for temporary relevance. I'm not sayin make 90s music, I'm just sayin its a line to draw when appealing to what's poppin.
Peep Waynes new drop (was literally about an hour ago I think, Lol)

One of the best beats I heard him on in a while and he gettin closer to that prime Wayne...I think he gon comeback somewhat but I can't tell because he's inconsistent w/ what he wanna do.
There's relevance and then there's longevity. Wayne's music woulda outlived him and he woulda had a plethora of classics had he stuck to the formula he had. Some of this stuff may be bumped for a few months but S4TW2 isn't gon last...it's not on no classic shit. Wayne had LONGEVITY, which is somethin artists like Young Thug lack...that's why Wayne dont needa be tryin so hard to compete w/ *****s like him.
That Glory shit was
