I not too sure about that, it's the one Genjutsu that's above all others and should work no matter what, at least based on hype.

But ok, what if it gets casted on Sasuke? And he is ordered to destroy everyone from the leaf village? That would be a good asspull to get him to fight Naruto, it is also the perfect way for him to meet his wife. :lol

Evade? She didn't evade Kaguya, Kakashi dropped Sakura above Kaguya and snuck in a punch from above.
Majority of the fight she was wrapped in Kakashi's arms.
