With rinnegan i'd have access to all elements so i could build houses of stone as well, I would use chibaku tensei to create my own little planet where i would be the ruler, use water release to create rivers there, summoning to guard my planet and inform me in time of any danger via shared vision, the plants... well i guess i'd have to plant plants just the normal way... but what the hell, i'd be willing to do this one thing. I would invite other people to my planet above the ground to live with me and enjoy a calm life away from the chaotic insecure civilization of the modern world under my protection... Some people said that rinnegan has not much use in real life but i think they forgot that it grants you the access to all elements as well. Now the question is, do i get all the rinnegan abilities showcased in manga of all the users or only of a one certain character, if all, then i'd pick rinnegan any day.
Second in line would be mokuton for pretty much the same reasons, i'd built a grand forest somewhere filled with fantasy like tree houses, my private "neverland" protected by the flowers that put people to sleep, i guess forest would naturally get filled with animals since that's what animals do, look for the inhabitable areas. Here question is do i automaticaly have access to all the mokuton techniques like mokutonbunshin etc?
With sharingan it's the same question, do i get all sharingan techniques from manga all just those of one user or base sharingan? if its EMS than which user. Base sharingan doesn't crack it for me, copying stuff and casting mediocre genjutsu on people... ( i guess i could be a good spy or trickster to entertain people). If i get access to all EMS techniques, well that would compete with rinnegan than. Still, practical use wouldn't change in real life this much, still destined to be a spy or sth like that but at least with Kamui i could travel wherever i want and be this spy without a fear of getting harmed to easily, add susano amaterasu and tsukiyomi and i could consider picking up a sharingan or should i say Eternal mangekyou sharingan.
