I think Kakashi only has Katon in the anime. He still does have Rasengan, Water Dragon, Kage bunshins, ninja hounds, raiton bunshins, lightning hounds & rakiri though.

Nah, databook gave him Katon and he's seen Fire Release before with Sharingan.

Depends on whether danzo attacks with his gauntlet off. If not he's catching a raikiri.

If he does have it off kakashi stands little to no chance

Kakashis sense of smell and dogs counter Izanagi pretty well, he ain't getting caught off guard. Danzo isn't a skilled fighter either, as we saw when Sasuke 1 shotted him multiple times, even killed him with kunai I beleive.

Kakashi is smart enough to catch on to how Izanagi works quickly. Baku gets one shotted with kamui, tears it's head off like he would have done to the gedo.
