Time to take into some considerations of what has been plaguing Naruto more than any other anime series, and that being the concept of intrusive filler arcs. For this poll I shall be listing all of the filler arcs that the Shipudden portion of Naruto that has been shown so far, including the most recent "Second Chunin Exam". While voting please list your reasons for disliking the fillers and also to describe on why there were some arcs that you may have actually liked.
Here are a list of the arcs in Naruto Shippuden, and a fair description of their plot.
Twelve Guardian Ninja Arc
Covering episodes 54 to 71, this arc expands upon the Twelve Guardian Ninja and Naruto's wind training through the introduction of a boy named Sora. This arc is preceded by the Tenchi Bridge Reconnaissance Mission and followed by the Akatsuki Suppression Mission.
Three-Tails Appearance Arc
This covering episodes 89 to 112, it deals with the efforts of Akatsuki, Konoha, and Team Guren to capture the Three-Tails. This arc is preceded by the Akatsuki Suppression Mission and followed by the Itachi Pursuit Mission.
Six-Tails Unleashed
Covering episodes 144 to 151, this filler arc deals with the bond between masters and students named Utakata, the jinchūriki of Six-Tails, and his student Hotaru. This arc is preceded by the Fated Battle Between Brothers and followed by Pain's Assault.
The Locus of Konoha ("Flashback Arc")
Covering episodes 176 to 196, this arc is shown as multiple flashbacks from different characters, such as Iruka remembering the time he first met Naruto and Kakashi remembering when he was appointed as leader of Team 7 from his perspective. The first flashback takes place prior Part I while the rest all take place before the time-skip showing how Naruto had changed in the eyes of these different characters. This arc is preceded by Pain's Assault and is followed by the Five Kage Summit. This particular arc is notorious for triggering negative fan reaction due to featuring pointless episodes such as the "Ninja Ostrich" before a major events in the Naruto series (Pain Invasion).
Paradise Life on a Boat
Covering episodes 223 to 242, this arc shows Naruto and his team on their journey to the Land of Lightning by sea, to confine him from Akatsuki during the Fourth Shinobi World War, as well as character development for the Konoha 11. This arc takes place in the middle of the Fourth Shinobi World War: Countdown arc.
Chikara Arc
Commemorating for a total of 500 Naruto episodes and covering episodes 290 to 295, this arc, set a short while after the Five Kage Summit amidst the looming threat of a Fourth Shinobi World War, Team Kakashi is sent on a mission to investigate the massacre of Tonika Village by Kabuto Yakushi and his reincarnated shinobi, who are searching for a treasure consisting of great power. This arc takes place in the middle of the Fourth Shinobi World War: Confrontation.
(Personally, I actually liked this arc since it brought upon "Edo Hidan" and seeing his interaction with Deidara, but that's me.)
Yota Remembrance Arc
Covering 313 to 315, this short arc featured a reanimated Yota, a young child from an unknown clan with mysterious powers of weather manipulation. Naruto remembers the boy from his childhood and attempts to help free his from his Edo Tensei affliction.
(Just to note, but this is my most despised filler, due to the bad timing and of course revolving around a child who'm all the characters "suddenly" remember and immediately forget afterwards.)
Kakashi's Anbu Arc
Covering episodes 349 to 361, this arc focuses on Kakashi Hatake's Anbu background, while also exploring the backgrounds of others such as Yamato and Itachi Uchiha. This arc takes place in the middle of the Fourth Shinobi World War: Climax. It also details on Yamato's character backstory and his relations with Danzo and the Fourth Hokage.
Second Chunin Exam Arc
Covering episodes 394 to 413, this arc focuses on the second Chūnin Exams that took place after Sasuke Uchiha's defection to Otogakure and Naruto Uzumaki's departure to train with Jiraiya. This arc takes place in the middle of the Birth of the Ten-Tails' Jinchūriki.
