During part 1, why didn't the Akatski start there capturing of the tailed beasts. Why did they have to wait till shippuden was this ever adressed? Because Itachi and Kisame could have probably easily taken Naruto when he was with Jiriya or for that fact why not infiltrate the chunin exams and get garra and naruto?

Only a vague statement that they needed time to prepare. The 3 years between Part 1 and 2 was spent by the Akatsuki raising money through merc work and learning about their targets.

Plus you couldn't put the Kybui in the Gedo Mazou first anyway. It would presumably shatter the statue or something. They needed to go in order. Which is why Bee and Naruto were to be the last targets.

honestly, they could of kept naruto prisoner with pain's rods stuck into his body
then they could of easily ran through the rest of the Jinchuuriki and took Kurama from Naruto last

Because you just listed a false statement. No, itachi and kisame COULDN'T have taken him, thats why they ran remember? He said even with back up, it'd be a stalemate with jiraiya

Itachi's job was to protect the hidden leaf. He only came to the village to let Danzo know that he is alive and well. Obitio said the hidden leaf village was off limit as long itachi alive.

I think Kishi just wasting his time with capturing Bijuus plot, for what and who? Obito? Madara?

There are a lot of ways Akatsuki can be utilized in manga for better story
