Clarifications from the artwork (please remember Kishi and team work long hours each day drawing , and have given us 700+ chapters, which may lead to ery rare but possible drawing flaws/inconsistencies, or they simply did not draw the image to be so heavily analysed and examined
Sasuke is taller than Naruto (please check angle and perspective before posting images were Naruto seems taller)
Sasuke's expression shows genuine emotion (that's love/affection, not hate) for Sarada
Sakura's pregnant in the flashback
Hard to tell whether or not Sasuke got a new arm but probably yes as bump is where the elbow would be and considering he uses his right hand for sword - work his hilt would probably not be in the position to cause his cloak to have those bumps and folds (I'm looking at page two)
Needless to say Shin's father looks to far gone to tell if he is a character he debuted pre-gaiden. Definately has the same nose as Shisui though (doesn't mean much, you can't go round judging people by their noses)

Naruto is apparently taller than Sasuke ever since Kishimoto drew them together with their family portraits. I can't tell, we'll have to see them actually stand together side by side with their backs straight.

Sasuke's expression shows that he was unprepared for the situation, he did not expect his daughter to greet him.

Sakura is not pregnant in the flash back, obviously the time line proves that as well.

Sasuke is armless.

I don't care for th rest.

How would the time line be screwed if she was not pregnant? I think it's the opposite, because Boruto/Himawari were already born before Naruto was Hokage

If she is not pregnant and Naruto is Hokage , then it means Salad should have been 4-6 years during the meeting (according to the ending scene of the Last and Salad's age~ Bolt's age). Then Sasuke should have been with Salad before that. Even if he is roaming the world , he was not officially on a mission before that, so he should have spend some time with Salad before . So Salad not being able to remember anytime spent with Sasuke does not makes sense (its pretty clear Kishimoto does not want to show him as a deadbeat father). Things are screwed.

His problem with Boruto proves that even more with him acting out and Naruto giving him a direct speech, and the mindless dialogue about how Naruto just became Hokage, and how Kakashi is finally leaving now that he passed it on to Naruto. The Last proves that Naruto was just a father while both Boruto/Himawari could speak, and communicate. Which means that Sarada too was born and would be about the same age Boruto was.

So it becomes sloppy if the meeting is near to 700---> Sasuke being a bad father
It becomes sloppy if the meeting is just after the end of the Last ---> timeline error if Sasuke was with Salad then
Either way it becomes sloppy which was point to begin with.
