In the top 5? I know a lot of us have forgotten the menace that Garra is and can be but seriously I feel like he should be top five at least, there aren't many that can even stand up to gaara, sure he's kage level of course but besides Naruto, Sasuke, and Lee (and possibly whatever threat that kaguya had to face), gaara should be able to beat any ninja even his fellow kages, outside of Naruto, he should be able to high diff. His sand in part two could react to amaterasu which is practically hypersonic speed, he has gold sand, and depending on the terrain, if it's land of wind terrain, gaara negs, outside of this he high diffs. He can even control people's body with his sand which was why he was able to restrain Edo madara (susano was activated by will, gaara's sand just controls physical movements and inner body functions). Heck Sand Tsunami is gg for most opponents and that was part two gaara, part 3 gaara's sand ninjutsu should be spontaneously higher by folds than his part two self. What do you guys think, Is Gaara of the sand worthy of current top 5?
