It's definitely before Sarada could form memories, so if she is 10-12 right now, then it's at least 6-8 years ago.

looks like u misunderstood my post.i m not saying sasuke was staying with his family till the time of Summit.

I think its happen before chapter 700 because after that Sasuke never returned into Konoha for 12 years.

Its happen before Sarada was born and maybe before Sasuke left Konoha for his 12 years long mission, he happen to saw Sarada birth and name her.

Edit: first Sasuke's journey to search for Kaguya secret was after VOTE2 ended. And he returned to Konoha for reporting his discovery to Naruto and other Kages.

And second journey is after that. Thats mean Sasuke done two mission

So, are you suggesting that the Kage summit that is shown in those panels, where they discussed the White Zetsu army and the like, occurred recently, and not almost a decade ago? I don't agree. When Salad was complaining about her dad "never being at home", Naruto's thoughts immediately flashed to that summit, which implies that that's the reason behind why Sasuke was never at home for the best part of a decade at least. That's what I think anyway. Of course, if that is true, it leads to the timeline screwing up, but Kishi has done that before so I don't think that's a reason to believe that it occurred recently.

I didn't misunderstand, I am just stating the obvious, this flashback was shown right after Sarada asked why Sasuke was away for all these years, it was a plot device to reveal the reason to us but not Sarada. Sasuke obviously knows her so he did spend time with her when she was a baby.

Yup but the setting was of a kage Summit that occurred recently. Char design' s of Naruto, Sasuke and Sakura alongside the Kages
most likely 5 or 6 years ago like u said

This is when sarada was already born and sasuke had returned. I can see this more clearly now. Ita deffinitly not before and surely not wen sarada was at teen age I.E 12/13 years old. I am sure you'll understood this all later when Gaiden progresses and you see your mistakes right now.

It cannot be from the current time. Sasuke's whereabouts have been kept secret after this meeting. Sasuke's whereabouts have been kept secret for almost all of Salad's life. So it has to be near Salad's birth.
