They would've continued to stalemate since Naruto didn't want to go all out against him...probably until he decided to make Kurama Bunshin to defeat Sasuke.

Sasuke himself never took any damage from any of her attack.
Sasuke had to save/stop Naruto after Kaguya destroyed naruto attack and send him flying.

He didn't take damage because he was encased in susanoo. He would have died if the one of those arms hit him.
Naruto unlike susanoo sustained no damage, based on those scans naruto's durability is greater than PS.
And given how naruto was able to damage kaguya at least twice in the battle while sasuke never inflicted damage on her, it is a fact that naruto was far more powerful than him.

Oh and sasuke didn't save naruto, he needed naruto's help so he wouldn't fall into the lava because he can't fly without susanoo
Mannnn. We would see a Kirin 2.0(Itachi blocked it with Yata mirror, not susanoo, So save your keystroke) from Sasuke. Naruto will cancel it out with all his chakra due to plot-no-jutsu. Then we all would see that physical fight that went down in the manga after that indra arrow blast.

Actually, it's the same. Naruto was pushed back so way Sasuke. He just can't maintain a Susanoo while he's disoriented.

I don't think it's fair to restrict Sasuke's ability to siphon Chaka, (preta path) without restricting natural energy siphoning, which created the Ashura Avatar. Largely the same thing. I also believe that had he not had the apparent upper hand, Sasuke would have used his preta path on Naruto.

If it hit Sasuke physical body he would've died but that's why Susano'o is his defense.
This is showing how much of a troll you are because Kaguya attack never hit Naruto physical body either.
By that logic, Kakashi's more powerful than Naruto seeing as how he was runniong from the rabbit transformation and Kakashi could destroy some of it's arms and also damage Kaguya
If we're talking about actual damage, Naruto only damage kaguya once.

Naruto was knocked back and sustained no damage, if he did he would have bled and his cloak would have been lost, like how it deactivated when the juubi used tempenchii against the SA and naruto in KCM

Sasuke's susanoo on the other hand was annihilated, what does this tell you? Naruto is more durable than the susanoo. At least that is what can be inferred when looking at both scans.
Don't try to make excuses for sasuke, his suanoo was clearly destroyed

Really in an all out battle to the death. Considering kishi has kept them as equals. The battle would end in a stalemate with both on the ground unable to move. At which point sasuke can simply activate a pre-set izanagi and negate the effects of the battle on his body. He comes back good as new and kills naruto where he lays. He loses one eye, but oh well. He could even take control of naruto( kurama would be asleep from exhaustion) and have him restore his blank eye before killing him.

Kakashi had the ability to damage the rabbit and did damage to kaguya but so did naruto. Naruto damaged kaguya with bijuu rasenshuriken and chakra claw. That means he damaged kaguya twice while kakashi damaged kaguya once.

either he didn't think of it, he wanted to prove he was a better fighter, or didn't have as much chakra as he liked to believe he did to pull it off again. That is, before he took the bijuu chakra.
someone with a better arsenal would've won. Half, if not nearly all, of Sasuke's jutsu proved useless against Naruto in that fight. Better yet, a lot of this other stuff you're making up is wishful thinking at best.
