Full RSM naruto have Godou damas I.e. against Juubi jin madara and kaguya. After those fights, naruto never use his full RSM. Naruto can make godou damas again though.

I think it comes from the juubi since as its Been said it's the embodiment of natural enegry. Thus when he combines it with his own (becoming jj) he gains tSb. Just like maddy and obito, and kaguya did.

1. Please get that Movie based databook from my face. If those were indeed godudama staffs it would be the full set for each and not 1.
2.Sasuke sensed natural energy not naruto's chakra. Non sensors(heck even some sensors still cant) can never sense natural enegry. Godudama=/= Rikudou sage mode, in fact the only person with rikudou sage mode is naruto.
3.No obito gained staff prior to absorbing chakra from maddy, then gave what he absorbed to naruto.
