Disclaimer: I am not trying to establish that Hiruzen > Hashirama. We all know how powerful the Choujo Kebutsu is. I am merely providing evidence that Hiruzen does have what it takes to destroy something of this size if it was just standing in 1 spot doing nothing. So as requested by many people, lets get started.
The Weakness of Shinsuusenju
Many people don't realize it, but Shinsuusenju has a major weakness.
That major weakness is the huge pile of hands on the back of the statue. Now you may ask, why is this a weakness? Basically put, the main body of Shinsuusenju is required to carry a huge amount of weight on it's back. What that means is that the Buddha requires a lot of stability to stand up. Proven when the Buddha is slouching as if he has a hunched back. Now what's my point? Having enough stability to hold up those gigantic hands would require a strong foothold.
How can Hiruzen use this to his advantage?
It's very simple really. All Hiruzen has to do is summon the Monkey King Enma and transform him into to Kongounyoi.
The Kongounyoi has proven it's massive strength. It was able to push back the likes of the Kyuubi several hundred meters. What Hiruzen can do is strike the foothold area of the Shinsuusenju. The massive strike on the foothold area with the Kongonyoi would cause the Shinsuusenju to lose it's balance. I've already established that the weight of the thousand hands on the back of the Shinsuusenju incredibly hinders it's balance. The weight of the thousand hands on one side of the statue would only make the statue easier to fall.
How this is going to destroy Shinsuusenju
You might question that if the Shinsuusenju falls, it will just stand back up. But that is not the case.
We have to take into account Newtons Second Law of motion, F = MA. Where F is the amount of force upon impact, M being the mass of the object and A being the acceleration of the falling object.
Warning: Do not read if your brain cannot comprehend first grade math.
We have to calculate the mass of the entire statue. See my initial calculation of the Kyuubi's height.
Kushina is 38 px 1.65 m tall.
Which scales the 321 px rock to 14 m.
Rock is 33 px 14m tall.
Which scales the 721 px Kurama to 306 m.
Kyuubi was on all fours when he was pushed by Enma. On all fours, estimated 150m from ground to ears.
Now to get the mass of the Shinsuusenju.
Kyuubi is 17 pixels tall on all fours, 150m tall on all fours.
The main body of the Shinsuusenju is 139 pixels tall.
Which would scale it's main body to 1226.47 meters tall.
The average volume of a 1.7m human is 66.4 L.
Which would scale the volume of the Shinsuusenju to 47904498.27 cubic meters.
Density of wood averages around 700-800 kg/m^3.
M = DV
M = (800000g/m^3)*(47904498.27m^3)
Mass of the main body of the Shinsuusenju is 38323598620000 grams.
Now we have to get the mass of the thousand hands.
The cyan line is 321.38 pixels.
Scaling from the Kyuubi's height, the cyan line is 2835.7 meters long.
The thousand hands look like ball cut in half, so we use the equation above all divided by 2.
Volume of the thousand hands = ((4/3)pi*r^3)/2) = 5969695494 cubic meters
M = DV
M = (800000g/m^3)*(5969695494m^3)
Mass of the thousand hands = 4775756395000000 grams
Add the two masses together.
4775756395000000 grams + 38323598620000 grams
Total Mass of the Shinsuusenju = 5158996257000000 grams
We have to get the acceleration of the falling object. Very easy.

Scaling from the Kyuubi's height, the maximum height of the Shinsuusenju is 2867.647 meters tall.
The acceleration of the statue if the statue were to fall would be 237.08 m/s.

F = (5158996257000000g)*(237.08m/s)
F = 1141315039000000000
1141315039000000000 F = 1547415414577309000 J
That is in pounds, we want to get it in mass. To do that, we multiply it by 453.592.
1547415414577309000*453.592 = 701895250000000000000 J
701895250000000000000 J = 167756.99091801554 MT
167756.99091801554 MT = 167 Gigatons
If the statue of the Shinsuusenju were to fall and make impact on the ground, it would transfer 167 Gigatons of energy to the entire statue.
167 gigatons has more than enough energy to destroy multiple islands.
Conclusion
As long as a character has the abilities to trip the Shinsuusenju's foothold, the Shinsuusenju will fall to the ground. Thus creating impact with the ground and transfering over 167 gigatons of energy to it's entire body. Leaving Hashirama's trump card into many broken pieces. To be frank, Madara could have one shotted Shinsuusenju if he was smart enough to aim for the feet. Hiruzen can do the same utulizing Enma's massive physical strength and trip the statue. Once the statue makes contact with the ground, 167 gigatons of energy would transfer into the Shinsuusenju. Thus, destroying it.
I can easily gesture that Hiruzen, DSM Kabuto, Madara, Naruto, Edo Minato, Deidara and some others can destroy the Shinsuusenju as long as they aim for the foothold of the statue.
