Now that he has a new titan form that uses armor I am pretty sure its harder than the crystal hardening of Annie. He can probably break it open now.

No, that was due the medicine that he took. He wasn't able to harden before, and there is no reason to think that he suddenly can now. I think it was a one time, medicine induced deal. Unless more medicine is found, anyway.

No he drank the titan serum labeled Armor . His titan form is different now and has the ability of Armour.

No he drank the titan serum labeled Armor . His titan form is different now and has the ability of Armour.

He drank the Armor serum and was able to harden when he turned into a titan directly afterwards. He hasn't changed since, so we don't know if he retained the ability or not. It seemed more like a one time powerup, kind of like an X Defense in Pokemon.
