in my opinion that is proof enough that ashuras reincarnates will always have the same chakra even when they are no longer the host
its the chakra that matters, ashura and indras reincarnates "chakra" are sufficent to awaken rinnegan in a living reincarnate like sasuke.

Naruto sure lost his RSM after the final battle, but I believe sasuke did not and could not lose the rinnegan for 1 simple reason. Sasuke awakened Rinnegan because he already had all that was needed to awaken it!

he had all of these before rikudou giving him half his chakra. So sasuke wouldve awakened rinnegan anyway, the only difference is, recieving the sages chakra on top of all that doubled sasukes Yin Reserve which i believe led to the "tomoed" Rinnegan.

take that away, and sasuke still has the rinnegan (possible without tomoes) but eitherway pretty sure he still has them.
and i can tell you one thing

Rinnegan + EMS Beats TB anyday.
and i think he still has the ability to tame kurama

Yes and no. Yes, Sasuke still has it. No, Naruto did not loose RSM, and the rinnegan comes from Hagoromo's charka. Naruto clearly has RSM through these chapters, and there's no feasible way for him to loose it. Additionally, the whole senju+uchiha=rinnegan is outdated, get over it, it comes from Hagoromo's chakra as seen in the flashback.

Then why was Ashura able to see the sage? Sasuke was able to see the sage because he was Indras transmigrant, Naruto was able to see the sage because he was Ashuras transmigrant. Hagoromo clearly stated that he was gifting powers to both transmigrants this time around in order to be fair
