Sasuke should have complete mastery over rinnegan and Sharingan techniques.

Naruto has already demonstrated mastery beyond that of a perfect jinchuuriki with kurama and probally has mastered using other tailed beast teachniques. Also mastered sage mode, Rasangans and Rasenshurikens, Ect..

They should be significantly stronger than they were during their final battle at the valley of the end

Naruto hasn't been training. He is probably weaker but is still levels above anyone who isn't the sage of six paths , Madara or sasuke
