the different between him and batman is, batman made damian a robin. thats why he still had time with damian. and doing all the batman thing is bruce's decision. but sasuke? sasuke had to talk about this with the 5 kage first and got their permissions.

another difference is bruce fights (literally) against crime. thats why he can't bring damian along. while what sasuke does are go on journey and trace kaguya. he can't go home nor bring sarada with him.

last difference, bruce had only alfred when he started batman thing. but sasuke had sakura and sarada inside her when he started the journey.

him talking with kages happened before his journey. before he started off. and who says he didnt send/ stopped sending message to sarada? thats your only fanfiction.

its only stated in the manga that according to sarada, as far as she can possibly remember, they never once met.

and if you're talking message through gadgets, shikamaru himself states his mission has him doing reconnaissance in undeveloped territories. its not like that he has easy access to the latest technologies.
