Was Kaguya chakra still alive and wandering inside Naruto planet like what Indra and Ashura does?

There is nothing to see by Rinnegan except Hagoromo tablet and someone chakra.

I dont think Hagoromo wrote so many tablet and this tablets scattered in many places.
