what is your thoughts behind Uchiha Shin & Baldy having the same Mangekyo Sharingan?

all other "akatsuki members" has the exact same hair style & color as "Shin"
are they clones of Baldy?

Zetsu 2.0, baldy is gonna finish what Kaguya couldn't and it looks like he had some time to take over Kaguya's plan and come up with even better zetsus, those are just my random speculations though.
