I thought she was on my first read. Her hand placement, the curve of her waist, and how close she was standing to Sasuke made me assume she was. In a previous panel, the symbol on her back is blurred, is it the Haruno circle or the Uchiha fan?

What timeline error? Naruto being Hokage before Sarada's birth? We don't actually know when he became Hokage, The Last is done by SP so it's just like filler and it doesn't confirm anything 100%.
Also it could be that this is just an optical illusion and she isn't really pregnant.
