...the original owner of legendary tools - Totsuka, Yata and Kusanagi?

I mean, we saw a lot of legendary tools throughout the whole series, but their origins were at least touched upon. T+Y+K were not.

That might explain why the Akatsuki guy and Shin#1 were pissed about Itachi death (the last seen user of Totsuka+Yata) and the possible involvement of Orochimaru in all this (Kusanagi).
