Even face structure looks similiar to danzo. Only some parts maybe was stolen and replaced. Since he lost vs sasuke in shippuden and was hard imjured to death maybe some one ressurected him and replaced parts of him.

With the latest chapter coining that a threat scarier then Kaguya is in the area best play it safe and for him to show his Rinnegan abilities you should want to see that right?

Its to early in gaiden I think. Naruto and sasuke won't go all out. I don't expect to see any EMS tech. Let alone rinnegan. Probably at the final battle. Who knows why the hooded guy is attacking. We will find out about that before any real action happens.
